Travel insurance from Faye: what’s offered, adding it and claims.

• Does Defera offer travel insurance?
  Yes. On eligible trips, you can add optional travel insurance from Faye at checkout, or later from your trip page until 3 days before departure.
• Adding travel insurance at checkout
  On eligible trips, checkout offers optional travel insurance from Faye. Its price joins your trip total and is spread across your payments after the deposit.
• Adding travel insurance after you book
  Didn’t add it at checkout? Eligible trips show a travel insurance card on the trip page until 3 days before departure, with the same plans and price rules.
• Travel insurance when you change your flight
  Changing your flight re-prices your travel insurance for the new flight. An increase is added to what you pay today; a decrease goes back to your card.
• Travel insurance when you cancel
  The cancel screen shows what happens to the travel insurance part of what you’ve paid. Where it’s refunded, it goes back to your card, not to Defera Credit.
• Travel insurance coverage questions and claims
