What are my Miles worth?
Each Defera Mile is worth 1.25¢ when you use it on a Defera trip, and 1¢ when you turn it into an e-gift card. That means your Miles go furthest on your next trip.
Neither choice is wrong. If another trip is on your mind, saving your Miles for it gets you the most from them. If you'd rather have something now, an e-gift card turns them into value right away.
How do the options compare?
Here's what each Mile is worth, depending on how you use it:

What does that look like?
For example, 1,000 Miles would take $12.50 off the price of a Defera trip at checkout. Turned into an e-gift card, the same 1,000 Miles would be worth $10.

Can I use Miles on seats, bags or upgrades?
Yes, on a trip that isn't completed yet. The "Redeem on this trip" panel on your trip page has three tiles: Buy Seats from 1,500 Miles, Add Baggage from 3,500 Miles and Cabin Upgrade from 8,000 Miles. How do I grow my balance?
